Update Bearicorn Work in progress

The supported update and rollback process is still being designed and tested.

Do not treat a generic git pull and container rebuild as a supported production update procedure yet. This page will document version selection, pre-update backups, database migration compatibility, verification, and rollback once that workflow is ready.

Until then, operators should review each change and test it in a non-production environment before updating a hub.
